WARRANTY CONDITIONS

In the paid warranty extension, the term “Non-Structural Defect” means a material defect in the components of a Tuccoli boat, manufactured or installed by Tuccoli (other than the hull, therefore deck, secondaries, consoles, interiors) with the exception of:
• Boats that have been damaged, sunk or declared lost
• A boat, component or other product that has been repaired without the authorization of Tuccoli or that has been altered in any way that affects its use and operation
• Expenses related to inspections, surveys, hauling, transportation to and from any Tuccoli dealer or location, or towing and/or storage expenses
• Inconvenience or loss of time or income
• Engines, outdrives, controls, propellers, engine mounts, stereos, depth sounders, GPS units, trolling motors, batteries, stabilizer bases and other equipment or accessories not manufactured by Tuccoli, regardless of whether or not the same are warranted by the relevant manufacturer
• Formation of bubbles, discoloration, flaking, peeling, cracking or crazing of any gelcoat, powder coat, paint or other surface finish
• Any Tuccoli boat initially sold to retail by anyone other than an authorized Tuccoli dealer
• Damage, cracking or leaking around windshields, hatches or openings
• Any canvas, hinges, vinyl, upholstery, plastic or fabric components
• Discoloration, oxidation, dripping or corrosion of any stainless steel or other metal products
• Any hull, component or product that has been subjected to unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, mishandling, improper maintenance, neglect, improper transportation, alterations or accidents
• Any boat, or component or part thereof, that has been used for commercial purposes, racing purposes or has otherwise been used contrary to any printed instructions furnished by Tuccoli or contrary to any applicable law (for purposes of this Limited Warranty, the term “Commercial Purposes” means the use of any vessel (a) more than fifty percent (50%) for the production of revenue or other commercial purposes or (b) 200 or more hours in any twelve month period)
• A vessel, or component or part thereof, that has been overpowered in accordance with the maximum recommended engine horsepower specified on the capacity plate attached to the vessel
• Machinery, equipment and accessories not installed by Tuccoli
• Condensation in gauges
• The failure of any part, area or component of the vessel to be dry, whether or not the vessel has been represented as “dry”
• Any representation as to the speed or weight of any part or component of the vessel
• Normal maintenance items subject to wear and tear, including, but not limited to, filters, light bulbs, batteries, bungees, anchor lines
• Dealer preparation, cleaning and final adjustments of the vessel for delivery or commissioning.

The warranty extension will take effect from the end of the 24-month legal warranty and will be valid for 36 months.

ACTIVATION PROCEDURE

The warranty extension will be activated within 30 days of purchase by registering on the website in the dedicated area so as to receive the dedicated code by email to communicate to us for activation.
On the same portal, the transfer of ownership of the warranty(ies) may be carried out by the incoming shipowner upon registration and a transfer fee.
