5 YEAR HULL WARRANTY

STANDARD OFFER ON THE WHOLE RANGE

The limited warranty applies to any structural hull defect if the defect is due to a failure of material or workmanship.
The defect must be reported to Tuccoli within 5 years from the date of sale to the first owner by Tuccoli or an authorized Tuccoli dealer.
Tuccoli, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the hull.

For purposes of the limited warranty, the term “Hull” means the single molded fiberglass shell and the structural components resined therein. The deck, secondary parts and any type of system are excluded.
The term “Structural Hull Defect” means a substantial defect in the hull of the vessel and which would cause the vessel to fail or be unsuitable or dangerous for general use as a pleasure craft under normal operating conditions.

WARRANTY EXTENSION

It is a paid warranty extension that can be purchased by the first owner of the boat and that can be transferred by him to a subsequent owner through a specific procedure within the term of the extension itself.
The limited warranty applies to any non-structural defect if such defect is due to a failure in material or workmanship and the same has been reported to Tuccoli within the terms of the purchased warranty extension starting from the date of sale to the original purchaser by Tuccoli or by an authorized Tuccoli dealer.

Tuccoli, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective component. For the purposes of the limited warranty, the term “Non-Structural Defect” means a substantial defect in the components of a Tuccoli boat, manufactured or installed by Tuccoli (other than the hull, therefore deck, secondaries, consoles, interiors) *.

The warranty extension added to the limited warranty on the hull will give the customer a coverage benefit of 60 months (5 years).
